Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Outsourcing Artist to oversee the creation of 3D content and manage communication between internal teams and external partners.



Key Responsibilities:

Generate documentation and resources to support external artists
Communicate feedback and align goals between internal and external teams
Foster relationships with outsource partners and manage asset approval processes



Required Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in a AAA game development environment
Proven experience as an artist with a strong portfolio of next-generation 3D content
Experience in solving complex asset pipeline problems
Strong understanding of visual effects workflows in Unreal Engine
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring artists
