General Summary of Position
MedStar Health is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center
Medical Coder to join our team! The qualified candidate must have
at least 2 years of related coding experience with a coding
certification.
MedStar Health provides the latest technology including our EMR
Cerner MedConnect, 3MHDM and 3m360 computer-assisted coding
software.
The selected candidates will enjoy a full time, Monday - Friday,
flexible REMOTE schedule.Job Summary - Codes and abstracts
primarily Ambulatory Surgery records and other outpatient records
using ICD-10-CM, and other applicable patient classification
schemes.
